Well there's not much to sisal rope. It either holds up or fails. I purchased this sisal rope to repair a cat tree and it is the perfect thickness and length for my needs. As an added bonus, the cats LOVE to scratch it instead of the furniture and it is holding up to their sharp claws. This stuff is a win win for everyone, the cats can scratch all they want, the furniture is spared and we all are much happier.
So if you need to repair a cat tree or make a scratch post, use this product.

I didn't want to purchase new scratch post because the only thing needed to be changed was the rope. So, i got this one, wrapped it around the post, nailed it and done! The cat loves it, so do I that I paid only few bucks for it. The shipping was too much, but it comes out to the almost the same price if I went to the store and got.

I got this product to replace well-worn rope on my cat's scratching post. It was very easy to order, I recieved confirmation emails every step of the way (which was a very nice touch), and I received my order very promptly. The quality of the rope was excellent, and I'm sure my cats won't destroy it anytime soon. What I also liked was the follow-up email from the company asking about my order experience. I was very impressed with the inquiry because it gave me a chance to speak directly to service reps without having to go to the website, find customer service, find the email, email them, wait untold days for a response, not like the response and go back and forth with them. With them contacting me, it was so much easier and showed a wonderful care for the customer's satisfaction. You don't find this too often nowadays, and it was very refreshing. Would I buy from them again? Oh yes, quickly and without hesitation.

A little darker in color than the (probably bleached) stuff that comes on the posts when you buy them, but sturdy and cats seem to like it ok.
